libtcod 1.3.1 fixes a few bugs and improves the modules added in the 1.3 with a default parser listener for basic config files and easier mouse button clicks detection. It also support fonts with more than 255 characters.

arena 0.5 uses libtcod 1.3.1 (the 0.4 version could not be compiled with libtcod 1.3) and adds pathfinding for the creatures along with a few fixes.
